Community Involvement

We recognize that making a meaningful difference in people's lives goes beyond the day-to-day activities of our business, which is why we are committed to giving back to our community.

The Wise Investor Group is honored to sponsor Neediest Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing low-income students in the Metro D.C. area the basic necessities they need to stay in school and ultimately make a real impact in our communities. In the 2010–2011 school year, Neediest Kids helped more than 21,000 children with essentials like school supplies, toiletries, eye exams and glasses, winter coats and more. These small investments can mean the difference between staying in school and dropping out, and help students and their families break the intractable cycle of poverty. The Wise Investor Group believes in the mission of Neediest Kids and is proud to give back to our community through their efforts.

We have also been a proud sponsor of the Orphan Foundation of America, having supported this non-profit organization for more than a decade with our volunteerism and financial support. The organization is a passionate champion for America’s orphaned teens as they “age out” of the foster care system, providing mentoring, college scholarships, internship assistance, care packages and other forms of support. Over the years, The Wise Investor Group has donated more than $200,000 to the organization from the proceeds received from our financial seminars.
